Pursuant to section 20 of the Fisheries Act 1996, the Minister of Fisheries makes the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. Title and commencement-(1) This notice is the Fisheries (Total Allowable Commercial Catch) Notice (No. 3) 2003.
(2) This notice comes into force on 31 March 2004.
2. Interpretation-In this notice, the fishstock codes, quota management areas and quota management system fishstock codes have the same meanings as in the Fisheries (Declaration of New Stocks Subject to Quota Management System) Notice 2003 (S.R. 2003/41).
3. Total allowable commercial catch-The total allowable commercial catch for each quota management stock is that amount stated in the final column of the Schedule to this notice.
