The Board of the Tertiary Education Commission
Te Amorangi Matauranga Matua approved, pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992, an extension
of coverage for the New Zealand Industry Training Organisation to set standards at Levels 1 to 8 on the National Qualifications Framework for the leather manufacturing industry with effect from 1 January 2004.
