Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (d) (iii) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 9 February 1998, which was granted under those Regulations to Moire Mathieson
in respect of Mt Pleasant Preschool Computer 'n Gym (70416), situated at 42 Mt Pleasant Road, Mt Pleasant, Christchurch.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
