Pursuant to section 128 or 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Timaru District Court on 21 October 2003, against Kim Michelle Gibson for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1988 Toyota Corolla, Registration No. ZE8385.
