Pursuant to section 101 of the Human Rights Act 1993, the Honourable Margaret Wilson, Associate Minister of Justice has been pleased to approve
Honourable Jonathan Elworthy
for inclusion on the panel of persons who may be appointed pursuant to section 98 of that Act (which relates to the constitution of the Human Rights Review Tribunal) for a period of five years on and from the date hereof.
