The Tertiary Education Commission Te Amorangi Matauranga Matua approved, pursuant to section 8 of the Industry Training Act 1992, provisional recognition for
the Real Estate Industry Training Organisation Incorporated to set standards at Levels 1-8 on the National Qualifications Framework for the real estate industry for a period of up to 12 months with effect from 17 August 2003.
