Pursuant to section 128 or 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, on 29 September 2003 at the Tauranga District Court,
Cushla Michelle Gilmour was convicted of the following offence - driving with excess breath alcohol level - and
in addition to the sentence imposed on her, the Court has ordered that a
1987 Ford Telstar TX 5 motor vehicle, Registration No. NL5239
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited
to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 136 of the Sentencing Act 2002.
