Pursuant to section 244 of the Customs and Excise Act 1996, Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to reappoint
Paul Franklin Barber, Acting District Court Judge of Wellington
as a Customs Appeal Authority for a term of five years on and from 25 October 2002.
