Pursuant to section 128 or 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Timaru District Court on
23 September 2003, against Stephen Grant Paul Jones for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1993 Honda Rafaga, Registration No. ZU1876.
