Pursuant to section 128 or 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the New Plymouth District Court on 23 September 2003, against Maree Santina Zimmerman for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1989 Nissan Bluebird, Registration No. SZ4336.
