Market Licence
Pursuant to section 87U (4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, section 41 (1) of the State Sector Act 1988, and to a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 29 March 2000, notice is given that, having received an application from Royal Brunei Airlines Sdn. Bhd., of Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam, John Gibson Bradbury, Deputy Secretary Air Services in the Ministry of Transport, has granted the airline an open aviation market licence to carry on scheduled services and non-scheduled flights for an indefinite term with effect from 1 September 2003.
