Pursuant to section 128 or 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the New Plymouth District Court on
5 September 2003, against Wesley Rangi for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1985 Mitsubishi Sigma, Registration No. MB6712.
