Pursuant to section 128 or 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, on 26 August 2003 at the Waihi District Court, Janey Taraipine Paul was convicted of the following offence - driving with excess blood alcohol - and in addition to the sentence imposed on her, the Court has ordered that a
1988 Mazda 323 motor vehicle, Registration No. NZ2410
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 136 of the Sentencing
Act 2002.
