Pursuant to the Civil Aviation Act 1990, the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 29 March 2000, I, John Gibson Bradbury, Deputy Secretary Air Services in the Ministry of Transport, hereby give notice that I have exercised the power conferred by section 87Q of the Civil Aviation Act 1990 to vary the terms of the scheduled international air service licence issued
to Thai Airways International to authorise the airline to operate, using any type of aircraft, 12 return services per week between Thailand and New Zealand.
This variation will take effect on 28 March 2004.
