Zelimkhan Ahmedovic Yandarbiev (also known as Abdul-Muslimovich). Date of Birth: 12 September 1952. Place of Birth: Eastern Kazakhstan region, village of Vydriha, USSR.
Shamil Basayev (also known as Abdullakh Shamil
Abu-Idris). Date of Birth: 14 January 1965. Place of Birth: Chechen village of Dyshni-Vedeno, Chechen Republic.
These designations expire on 10 September 2006, unless they are earlier revoked or extended pursuant to the Terrorism Suppression Act 2002.
