Pursuant to section 128 or 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, on 10 September 2003 at the Tauranga District Court, Laurence Uariri Junior Kerr was convicted of the following offence - drove a motor vehicle whilst
disqualified - and in addition to the sentence imposed
on him, the Court has ordered that a
1984 Toyota Corolla (green) motor vehicle, Registration No. PG1348
driven by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 136 of the Sentencing
Act 2002.
