Pursuant to section 128 or 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, on 26 August 2003 at the Dunedin District Court, an order was made against Sonny Dee Te Tomo to confiscate the following motor vehicle:
1989 Nissan Skyline, Registration No. ZZ5547.
