Pursuant to section 128 or 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Timaru District Court on 28 August 2003, against Erik Bruce Davis for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1987 Mazda XJ Diesel, Registration No. PN1609.
