Pursuant to section 128 or 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Timaru District Court on 26 August 2003, against Sakiasi Canauvi Ratumaiyale for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1986 Honda Prelude, Registration No. SA291.
