In the District Court at Blenheim
Notice is hereby given that on 24 July 2003 at the Blenheim District Court, an order was made against Peter William Edwin Gane for the forfeiture of the following motor vehicle and vessels:
1989 Nissan Navara, Registration No. RD1847;
Niad inflatable; and
steel-hulled yacht "Nola".
Anyone who has a legal interest in this vehicle and vessels should contact the Registrar at the Court urgently as the Registrar may sell the vehicle and vessels.
This advertisement is placed pursuant to section 32 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975.
