Trustees Composition
Pursuant to section 95 (1) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby determine the composition of the Felix Donnelly College Board of Trustees.
Membership of the Board
The Felix Donnelly College Board of Trustees shall comprise:
? two trustees appointed by the Minister;
? two trustees appointed by Youthlink and approved by the Minister;
? the principal of Felix Donnelly College;
? one elected staff representative; and
? two representatives co-opted by the board.
This notice takes effect the day after its publication.
