Pursuant to section 128 or 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Timaru District Court on 14 August 2003, against Paul Stephen Hogg for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1989 Mitsubishi Galant, Registration No. SP5341.
