Pursuant to section 4 (3) of the Occupational Therapy Act 1949, I reappoint and appoint the following members to
the Occupational Therapy Board for three-year terms commencing from the date of this notification:
Deirdre Kokich
reappointed under section 4 (3) (a) of the Occupational Therapy Act 1949; and
Jeremy Barnes
appointed under section 4 (3) (a) of the Occupational Therapy Act 1949 as a registered occupational therapist engaged in the practice of occupational therapy.
