Pursuant to section 46 (1) of the Dental Act 1988,
I reappoint and appoint the following members to the Dentists Disciplinary Tribunal for three-year terms commencing from the date of this notification:
Wendy Davis
reappointed under section 46 (1) (b) of the Dental Act 1988; and
Moana Avis
appointed under section 46 (1) (b) of the Dental Act 1988 as a lay member.
