Pursuant to the Civil Aviation Act 1990, the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 29 March 2000, I, John Gibson Bradbury, Deputy Secretary Air Services in the Ministry of Transport, hereby give notice that I have exercised the power conferred
by section 87Q of the Civil Aviation Act 1990 to vary the terms of the scheduled international air service licence issued to Air Tahiti Nui in order that it may operate between Pape'ete and Auckland three A340 return services per
week and two return code-share services per week, as the marketing carrier.
This variation will take effect on 25 October 2003.
