Pursuant to section 5 of the Remuneration Authority Act 1977, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, has been pleased to appoint
David Oughton of Wellington
to be a member of the Remuneration Authority for a term ending with the close of 31 July 2006.
