Childhood Centre
Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (d) (i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 25 February 2002, which was granted under those Regulations to Susan Gray in respect of Endeavour Centre (55000), situated at 168 Coutts Street, Kilbirnie.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
