Pursuant to section 156A (1) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby declare that Mosgiel West School (3778), Wyllies Crossing School (3867) and Melville Park School (3769) will merge on 1 January 2004.
Mosgiel West School will be the continuing school and will remain a contributing primary school.
