Pursuant to section 128 or 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the New Plymouth District Court
on 17 July 2003, against Brian Mitchell Hart for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1983 Ford Falcon, Registration No. SM6256.
