Pursuant to section 78M (7) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby revoke the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 29 August 2002, page 3380, as I am satisfied that the appointment of a limited statutory manager, under section of 78M of the Education Act 1989, is no longer required.
This revocation takes effect on 4 August 2003.
This action is a consequence of my decision to dissolve the Patea Primary School Board of Trustees.
Pursuant to section 78N (1), I hereby dissolve the Patea Primary School Board of Trustees and direct the Secretary for Education to appoint a commissioner to replace the board.
