1. This is a notice of withdrawal of a product ruling under section 91FJ of the Tax Administration Act 1994.
2. Product ruling No. 01/09 is being withdrawn.
3. Product ruling No. 01/09 related to the engagement of persons by Deltarg Distribution Systems Limited pursuant to a standard form contract, for the delivery of newspapers, leaflets, brochures, catalogues, advertising material, samples and other similar items to households and other premises throughout New Zealand. It applied for the period 1 April 2001 to 31 March 2006. Notice of its making appeared in the New Zealand Gazette,
24 May 2001. It is being withdrawn effective 16 August 2003.
