Securities Commission
Pursuant to section 11 of the Securities Act 1978, The Honourable Dame Sylvia Cartwright, in her capacity as
the Governor-General, has been pleased to appoint
Mai Chen, of Wellington
to be a member of the Securities Commission for a period of five years commencing on 1 September 2003; and
Keitha Dunstan, of Wellington
to be a member of the Securities Commission for a period of five years commencing on 30 June 2003; and reappoint
Lloyd Kavanagh, of Wellington
to be a member of the Securities Commission for a period of two years commencing on 1 May 2003.
