Pursuant to section 324 of the Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation Act 2001, the Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) gives notice of its intention to recommend to the Minister for ACC that proposed changes be made to the Accident Insurance (Insurer's Liability to Pay Cost of Treatment) Regulations 1999.
A period of public consultation on the proposed Regulations is also notified and details are given below.

of Treatment Regulations Consultation Document, which may be obtained:

2. Written submissions on the proposed Regulations are invited from members of the public and interested organisations.
3. The last date on which ACC will receive written submissions on the proposed Regulations is Friday,
22 August 2003.
