In accordance with section 34 (1) (a) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice
of his intention to make ordinary rules in the following
Civil Aviation Rule Part:
Part 67-Medical Standards and Certification, a rewrite of Part 67 including the medical standards and certification of pilots and air traffic controllers, the certification and operating requirements of medical examiners, and procedures relating to the convener.
Comments on the proposed rule should be submitted to the Ministry of Transport by 8 September 2003.
