Pursuant to section 5 (A) sub-section 4 of the District
Courts Act 1947, Her Excellency the Governor-General of
New Zealand has been pleased to appoint
Jeremy Paul Doogue, District Court Judge
to be Acting Chief District Court Judge for the period Monday, 7 July 2003 until Friday, 8 August 2003.
