Pursuant to section 78N (3) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby dissolve the board of Ohariu Model School and appoint a commissioner to the school.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of Ohariu Model School are to be vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect the day after the date of its publication.
