Pursuant to section 128 or 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, on 27 June 2003 at the Dunedin District Court, an order was made against Samasoni Junior Leautuli to confiscate the following motor vehicle:
1985 Honda Civic, Registration No. SJ3290.
