Pursuant to clause 9 (3) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989, and acting with authority delegated
by the Minister of Education, I hereby declare invalid the advertised by-election for nominations (and all subsequent actions in accordance with the Education (Trustee
Elections) Regulations 1992) for the election of two parent representatives for the Linden School board of trustees.
A new by-election will be advertised.
This notice takes effect the day after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
