Pursuant to section 78M of the Education Act 1989, I hereby amend the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette,
17 October 2002, page 3944, regarding the appointment
of a limited statutory manager for Sir Edmund Hillary Collegiate (2425).
The following additional function, power and duty of the board is vested in the limited statutory manager:
? Personnel management to restructure ancillary staffing as three schools are placed together on one site.
The limited statutory manager must also advise the board on the following:
? Any matters arising from the above power, function or duty; and
? all matters pertinent to their resolution.
This notice takes effect on the day after the date of publication of this notice.
