Auckland DHB
Pursuant to section 29 of the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000 ("the Act"), I appoint
Henri Jacques (Harry) Burkhardt
as a member of the board of Auckland DHB.
This appointment takes effect on the date this notice is published in the New Zealand Gazette and will end on
9 January 2005.
Hutt DHB
Pursuant to clause 10 of Schedule 3 to the Act, I appoint
Peter Edwin Glensor
as chairperson of the board of Hutt DHB.
This appointment takes effect on the date this notice is published in the New Zealand Gazette and is for the period being the remainder of Peter Edwin Glensor's current term as an elected member of the board of Hutt DHB and will therefore end on 5 December 2004.
Otago DHB
Pursuant to section 29 and clause 2 of Schedule 3 to the Act, I appoint
Richard John Thomson
as a member of the board of Otago DHB.
Pursuant to clause 10 of Schedule 3 to the Act, I also appoint
Richard John Thomson
as chairperson of the board of Otago DHB.
These appointments take effect on the date this notice is published in the New Zealand Gazette and end on
9 December 2004.
South Canterbury DHB
Pursuant to section 29 (3) of the Act, I appoint
Dr Robert Lawson Logan
as a member of the board of South Canterbury DHB.
This appointment takes effect on the date this notice is published in the New Zealand Gazette and is for the remainder of the term of office of the person who vacated that office and will therefore end on 5 December 2004.
Dr Robert Lawson Logan's appointment is to replace an elected member of South Canterbury DHB who had resigned.
New Zealand Blood Service
Pursuant to clause 7 of Schedule 6 to the Act, I appoint
Warren Crawford Young
as chairperson of the board of the New Zealand Blood Service.
Warren Crawford Young's appointment takes effect on
1 July 2003 and ends on 30 June 2005.
