Pursuant to section 128 or 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the New Plymouth District Court
on 26 May 2003, against Donald Montgomerie Wilcox for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1988 Yamaha SH50T motorcycle, Registration No. 36QOQ.
