Pursuant to section 9 of the Law Commission Act 1985,
Her Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint
Richard Spencer Clarke, Q.C. of Wellington
to be a Commissioner of the Law Commission for a term of three years on and from 21 January 2003.
