Take notice that, pursuant to section 38 (2) of the Electricity Act 1992, I, Anthony Leverton, Manager, Standards and Safety, acting under delegated authority from the Chief Executive, Ministry of Economic Development, intend to apply not less than one month after the date of publication of this notice to the Minister of Energy for the revocation of the New Zealand Electrical Code of Practice for Requirements Applying to the Sale of Used Electrical Appliances for Reconditioning, Parts, Recycling or Historic Collection NZECP 53:1997, issued on 30 October 1997 and approved by the Minister of Energy on 11 March 1998.
