Pursuant to section 5 of the Rating Valuations Act 1998, public notice is given that the Rating Valuations Rules, Version 3.0, have been amended by the addition of a new rule concerning time-share properties.
The amendment, identified as Version 3.1, will come into force from 30 June 2003.
