Pursuant to section 78N (3) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby dissolve the board of Maraenui Bilingual School and appoint a commissioner for the school.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of Maraenui Bilingual School are to be vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect the day after the date of its publication.
