Pursuant to section 168 (5) of the Animal Products Act 1999, I give notice that the following amendments to
those Meat Act regime circulars and directives which
are listed in Schedule 1 of the Animal Products (Ancillary and Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2000, shall take effect on the date of publication of this notice.
N o t i c e
1. Manual 4: Pre-slaughter Requirements, Part IV, is revoked and replaced by "Industry Standard 4: Procurement of Animals for Food, as amended by Amendment No. 1, issued 5 November 2002, section 4".
