Valuations Rules
Take notice that I, Warwick Edward Quinn, Valuer-General, intend to amend the Rating Valuations Rules (version 3.0) pursuant to section 5 of the Rating Valuations Act 1998.
A new rule concerning time-share properties is proposed.
Any person may make submissions on the proposed rule.

Select the Valuation button from the main menu at the top of the Home Page, click on Rules and Regulations in the side bar and select Rating Valuations Rules - Version 3.0 Draft Amendment.
Submissions must be received by Friday, 23 May 2003.
