Take notice that, pursuant to Regulation 28 of the Electricity Regulations 1997, I, Neville John James Sickels, Group Manager, Electrical Worker Licensing Group, Ministry of Economic Development, acting under delegated authority from the Chief Executive, Ministry of Economic Development, set as the standard for the performance of high voltage live line work, the New Zealand Electrical Code of Practice for High Voltage Live Line Work 2003 (NZECP 46:2003).
This notice takes effect on 1 April 2003.
