Service Licence
Pursuant to section 87N (4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, section 41 (1) of the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 29 March 2000,
I give notice that I, John Gibson Bradbury, Deputy Secretary Air Services, Ministry of Transport, having received an application from Lufthansa Cargo AG of the Federal Republic of Germany, have granted that airline an International Air Service Licence to offer unlimited services per week from points in the Federal Republic of Germany to points in
New Zealand.
