On 7 November 2002 at the Waihi District Court, Karl Daniel Jamieson was convicted of the following offence - burglary - and in addition to the sentence imposed on him on 7 November 2002, the Court has ordered that the following motor vehicle, owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 136 of the Sentencing Act 2002:
